All orders are shipped from rural Manitoba via Canada Post. Allow up to 4 business days for orders within Canada and up to 7 business days for International Orders.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. However, processing can take up to 5 business days.

Returns take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Items must be returned to back to us in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if returning/exchanging due to factory defect), and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criterion. Returns and exchanges are not available for any product returned to us after the 30 day window.

Full priced items purchased from FRIENDLYMANITOBA.CA are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase.
